Lemongrass essential oil
Cymbopogon flexuosus
This type of lemongrass is also known as east-Indian lemongrass. It is traditionally used in cosmetics and perfumery, as well as in cases of digestion problems and high temperature. As all lemongrass family, it is an excellent repellent. The aroma of lemongrass essential oil is strong and fresh, quickly covering bad odors, which is why it is one of the best choices for air fresheners. Combined with other essential oils it provides relief in case or rheumatoid arthritis, which is why we use it in our Fama masage gel.
It blends well with essential oils of basil, cedarwood, peppermint and rosemary.
