Cinnamon essential oil
Cinnamomum cassia
Produced by steam distillation leaves and twigs, this oil is known for its strong, rough upper note and oriental undertone. That is why it has a well-earned place in perfumery. Add few drops in aromatherapeutic diffuser together with lavender and geranium to fight exhaustion.
It blends well with essential oils of , vetiver, lavender and chamomile.
Cinnamon cassia essential oil is very aggressive. Do not use on children or during pregnancy!
